tommy32
About six months ago I read a lot of posts in here and I went and disputed every neg. item in my credit reports with TU, EX, and EQ, EQ actually hooked me up and deleted everything I disputed!!! I couldnt believe it, TU broke my balls and said they verified stuff (whatever), Ex was ok but they still "verified" some stuff and deleted others. I then hand wrote letters to TU, and EX redisputing everything and also sent them a certified copy of the Eq report as proof that they deleted all the same stuff that they wont. I sent the letters and copies cert/and return reply too. Tu sent a reply back saying that they verified and to sum it all up they pretty much dont give a **** if EQ deleted everything. Ex just said that they verified and left it at that. I was and am so disgusted with everything. Anyways I did not redispute right away, I read that on here that you should wait like 90 days or more, I still havent done anything else. I called a mortgage company and they ran my score and told me it is a 440!!!!! Feb was the last time I messed with all this. Do you think that they black listed me and know I am trying to hook up my credit? Should I keep on wasteing my time and money? Right now as it stands I have 26 neg items on all three CBs. I really want to buy a house and use the VA loan but these screwy Cbs are keeping it from happening...I cant even get a damn car loan...I hope that someone will have some advise....Thank you for reading this........Tom.... jetscarbie
Tom...some credit bureaus are harder to get stuff deleted than others. I don't know if I would have sent a copy from one CA to another showing where they deleted.I am guessing that your next step would be to dispute some of your stuff with the Original creditor. Wait a couple of weeks then dispute it with the CA.Seems like you have a lot of Degs. on your credit so it will take alot of time and patience. tommy32
Thank you for the advise...I really appreciate your input. I do have a lot of negative on my CR , and I have been working on this off and on for about roughly one year. It is real easy to get discouraged when you are dealing with these CBs. I know what you mean about sending a copy of the Eq deletions I thought about that when I did it but I figured what could it hurt. I guess I just need to start spending more time doing this.....Thanks Tom....

There are different clerks that work on disbutes. In the past when I have done disbutes for borrowers. I only go to Experean in the comment section state, please notify Transunion and Equifax. I have seen this work time after time. Seeing credit score jump up after wrong information is deleted.Hang in there, your credit will not jump up over night, this is something your going to have to work on..my $0000.
