skybluepink
I'm in CALI and and working on 6 CO's all between 2 and 2 1/2 years old. I was wondering what success people have had in similar situations. I just sent out a few CMRR letters yesterday so now I sit and wait.
jetscarbie
Mine's been hit and miss. My medical seems to be the hardest to get removed and I have some that are over 6 years old.
skybluepink
Thanks Jetsie!Fortunately/unfortunately none of mine are medical. All of them are credit cards. All within SOL. I don't know what to expect but I am willing to duke it out. Sitting and waiting for the next 2 years to go by just isn't an option.I know I may be waking up some narcoleptic dogs, monkeys, cats or giraffes! (Not to make light of it - I just have to not take it too seriously)Anyone have any success? Any suggestions?
bigjohnstud4200
I've had great success with my one account that was within SOL. The reason is b/c the DF didn't follow proceedure, reported without dunning me, reported different amounts to different CRA's. I used that as leverage against them to delete the TL. skybluepink
The CA's are easy enough to get off my CRA. Its the oc's I'm concerned about. I guess I have to wait and see what happens once they get my letters. I will keep you posted.
