collectnone
Hello all. I am new to this forum and sorta new at repairing my credit. I have been reading this forum for a little while and it seems that quite a few of you guys are pretty informed on the ins and outs of this stuff. I have a few questions. First off, I was wondering if collections are considered open accounts(medical, and an old sprint bill that is about to fall off in sept.)? Transunion seems to report as such but Ex, Eq list what similiar accounts that they have as closed. I have been able to clear some things up on my credit reports so far. I just don't want to wake up the sleeping dog per say. What if anything can be done? By the way the medical collections are handled by Medpac and Tulsa Adjustment bureau:-( . The old Sprint bill(I think this bill may be for a phone that my childrens mother had turned on my name while I was with her) is handled by the dreaded AFNI Bloom:evil: . Thanks for any help! collectnone
I was going to until the gentleman on the other end of the line spoke with such an accent that it was very hard to understand him. Is it better to do it certified letter or online?

Collection accounts can't be reported as "installment accounts". Some people say they can, other say they can't.. I personally don't think CA's can be reported as installment accounts.
