I ask for their MOV and she admitted they use electronicemails to send and receive the anwser. Never talk to a real person.Can I ask her to send me the info that they are receiving to verifythis debt since GEMB has sent me letters (I sent TU a copy) asto how they have no info and contact the CA that has bought it.They said they do not have to send me anything and contact the CA. Master Debator Posted July 14, 2007 Report Share Posted July 14, 2007 If you get a notice from your the credit bureaus telling you the information you disputed has been verified as accurate, you can request the method of verification, which is your right under the FCRA section 611 (a) (7). aunieandreg Posted July 14, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 14, 2007 They gave me the method which is electronic email.Do they have to supply me upon request the info the CA sends them.In other words the info that is in the retn email from the CA.I stated I would like to see a copy of the info they are sending you in orderto verify this account because they aren't sending me anything. A MOV is not a copy of the information that was sent, but rather a description of how the investigation was conducted, along with the name/address/number of the person contacted (if applicable).If you feel that something is not being reported correctly, you can take that up with the data furnisher, in this case the CA.
