beeboah
I moved 2 counties away from where I initially filed my suit.Do I have to withdraw my lawsuit and bring it down to where I live now or can I just drive to the courthouse in my old county. (I don't mind doing that)
cjtx
venue rules for fcra/fdcpa have to do with the county where you resided at the commencement of the action, so no need to change venue.

swtguy
FCRA/FDCPA "venue rules" are irellevant. By filing your case in a particular court, you have already agreed to the jursidiction of the court.
