jmg1
Hello, I had a collection agency call me a couple of days ago. They wanted to get my address so they could have me served. They are trying to collect on a debt for a lawyer that I last saw almost 6 years ago and have not heard anything since. Is there a statute of limitations in Idaho on this. Doeas anyone know. Idaho 5-216 applies to written contracts and is five years. I can't imagine anything that would throw it into a longer period than that.
