ram8007
In the past 2-3 months I have sent DV letters to different collection accounts and disputed them on my credit reports. 1. CACH, LLC for Associates Bank2. I.C. Systems for SprintI never received any debt validation from either CAs, and both accounts were deleted from all my credit reports.Well in the past 2-3 weeks, I've received letters and phone calls from new CAs for these accounts. 1. Financial Recovery Services for CACH for Associates Bank.2. NCO Financial for I.C. Systems for Sprint. So I'm going through Debt Validation again. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen and what the eventual outcome was. It's rather frustrating!!!
jetscarbie
It happens to me alot. Once you DVed Cach & I.C, they didn't feel like bothering with it so they resold it to different CA. Financial and NCO are scum so make sure you keep good paper trails with them.

hopelesscred
Yes..it does happen. Mine personally weren't on my CR...AllianceONE for CRAP 1==DV'ed and they went awayNothland for CRAP1==>DV'ed and they returned the debt to CRAP1Verifying with CRAP1 =, waiting for results...why bother with you when they have LOTS of uninformed consumers who will just pay?
