rillibiig
I think I started backwards and here's the scenario...I disputed 6 CA'S as 7/06/07 as not mine, only one has came back,it said meets FCRA requirements the rest doesnt have anything on the remarks part.my question is should I DV the ones that havent verified, and if so,should I re-dispute with the CRA's after that? I'm really trying to get this thing done and trying to be patient, but being a newbie I dont know exactly what to do.I've read the sticky's but I'm still unsure of what my next move should be.On a positive note I have goodwilled some student loans and some old charge offs and gotten two deletes, but those were easier than with the CA's. I just need a little help trying to decide what to do next... is there any help for me? by the way what exactly is the one two punch?
2ndTimeAround
Oke - wait it out, it seems your have all your cards in order. Last year I was helping a borrower out, disbuting and helping him clean up their credit. I actually double disbuted wrong information. Only did that once. When you file your disbute - you get an email notification claiming they will respond to your disbute within 30 days.ex-Tex ----- good luck....
