Lecasbas
I filed a motion entitled Leave to Amend Counterclaims. The amount of damages I asked for was much higher than the jurisdiction of small claims. It was timely and the Plaintiff did not resist. Here is the section of the RCP which directly deals with the time to rule.1.431(7) The trial court shall rule on all motions within 30 days after their submission, unless it extends the time for reasons stated of record.Six weeks have passed. No ruling. If the Plaintiff, for example, did not answer Discovery questions I would file a Motion to Compel. What can a pro-se Defendant do to remind the Court that there is a motion to rule on?
