bigmac6
Have read most of the primers, etc on each of the forums, and have been very helpful thus far.I am trying to repair my wife's credit as we are looking to purchase a larger home next year. She has a CA reporting derog on her CR (score is like a 620) They sent a letter last year and we basically ignored it and have not heard from them since then. I approached this a bit differently than many others, I just sent a copy of the CR with the account highlighted and used a letter template from this site and requested it be removed. Trans Union and Equifax have responded and they do not show it on the report, while Experian does. This works into my favor, correct? Are they now obligated to remove it since it is not on the others? Also, would like any assistance on getting a charge off removed from her report as well. Thanks in advance for the help... You can request the Method of Verification (MOV) from EX, it might help you figure out how to get rid of the TL.Also, would like any assistance on getting a charge off removed from her report as well.Check out the "Dispute with the OC" link t the top of the page. You have a right to dispute directly with the OC under the FCRA.-r
