*FIVE* Deletions! Inq+1TL

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

IT WORKED! Just thought I'd share. I got the inquiries I disputed w/ Equifax, deleted! I also got the "paid charge off" deleted, it was a Chevron acct that I was an authorized user on!

It's nice to see these results...especially in light of the bad news of being unable to refinance our mortgage. If we can't improve these next 6 months, we'll have to sell our home...simply can't afford payments over 2000.00.

Keeping my fingers crossed and enjoying this little victory...OH YEAH, I also got a paid collection deleted (it was 5 yrs old from DOFD) along with two others that were unpaid, but at least 5-6 yrs of age. Forgot about that, lol...it was about 2 weeks back and it was on TU.

Sidenote; I have tried PFD's and other settlements on those OLD unpaid collections, couldn't get anyone to budge, so I left them unpaid and now some of them are coming off my report.

I still have three CA's that are 5-6 yrs of age, plus some lates reporting on my mortgages. Trying to decide if I should go ahead and dispute the other inquiries...would anyone know if I need to do this separately, or if I could use the confirmation number from the updated report I just got?

Congratulations on the deletes and great news.

Which CRA has the inquires. If it is equifax go ahead and dispute using the back door. If TU bump. If experian you may try calling and they will dispute with the company that made the inquiry.

Hi there, thanks! I will be trying...but I've heard/read such NASTY things about Experian...kinda don't wanna pick a fight with them, but some of the inquiries are OBVIOUS duplicates.
