I got my results from T.U today, but I have questions:

creditor:

Amercas serivicing co - deleted

Crap 1 - vrfd no change

Crap 1 - new information

citifinancial - deleted

ER solutions - deleted

Fireside bank - new infomation

Ford motor credit -new information

household finance -new information

HSBC NV -new information

Washington Mutual -new information

Credit control Corp -no longer on file

Credit control Corp -no longr on file

Fin Cr Network -deleted

CBE group INC -no longer on file.

okay on Americas servicing Co: it was a mortgage co, I disputed the lates and that I paid on time. Why would they delete it? How can I change that?

Samething with Citifinancial( it was card for Jeromes furniture). Is it to late. Or should I just be grateful and let it go.

I thought removing Americas servicing co wud bring down my score due to the trade line.

Also, when I go back on line with TU and it shows the same as if nonething really changed. Does it take a while for it to actually update the info, even though I got the results.

If the creditor does not respond, the inaccurate info must be removed. Ya' can't get it back.

okay, I understand that. However, what about the positive payment I made on it? where did that go?

They just deleted the whole TL, rather than try to figure out what was accurate. That's the danger of disputing details or lates. You run the risk of the whole TL going "poof".

You got the negs off, but lost history. Prob not that big a deal.

Can they do that??? knowing that could drop a consumers score.

Is there any regulations that can prevent them from doing that?

They are following the law:

FCRA

(5) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information.

(A) In general. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall--

(i) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation;
