torikid
What is interesting is that my scores are 571, 573, 575 on Tu. Now considering all three places use different scoring methods, I thought that was relatively interesting. I guess finding my mid score won't be so difficult. Now... if I could only get up about 50 points I could refinance that house....

Your lender most likey will be looking at www.myfico.com and will be using that middle score. You may be closer to that 50 point increase than you think. torikid
I appreciate it, I went and paid for myfico and had bad news. I am at 530, 532 and 507. A lot further to go than I thought... back to working on it.... lolI have been working on repairing credit for 1.5 years now. I thought I would have progressed much further than this and am kind of wishing I would have filed BK. In 6 months I would be out of that initial painful 2 year period, but I was confident that working on it would be better. Hindsight sometimes... I have gotten so much off but this is certainly painful sometimes. At least I am out of the 400's.

torikid
I have 2 gas cards(Shell and Exxon), one Home depot card(1000), and one MC ($500). I do have to pay the balances down. I am sending checks this month to make them all under 35%. The problem is 2 CA on credit (Nat'l Recovery and Credit Bureau of Rochester), 1 default judgment from 4/06, 3 CO (BofA, Verizon and Citifinancial) and 5 student loans showing 60 days late 5 months ago (Wells Fargo will not budge). They were supposed to be deferred AND I sent them the payment, but everything crossed. I have up to 36 good accounts (7 derogs). It is amazing that so many other good accounts hold so little bearing. It is just the recent boo boos that hurt so badly. I have to refi by December or lose my house and 80k in equity. I am 30 years old and my history goes back 9 years.I am considering consolidation SL's and disputing again when they are paid off. That will just take time.None of the OC or CA have responded to investigations or DV's and am on the 2nd letter now.I have proof of violations for each company on inaccurate reporting except Verizon. I am awaiting results for the most recent dispute. The CA's were not timely, yet still reporting inaccurate information.I have read and re read the book and forums on suing and am just not confident that I have any idea what I am talking about to make it happen. I have to say I am a little fickled. LOL
