Need your assistance in what to expect when I go to court on August 15th when I go to New York City Court -- I went to City Court and the judge signed off so I can go to court for:

They have a copy of Proposed Answer in Person and Verification

This is what I wrote on the form that the judge signed off today so I could go to court on Aug 15th:

Jsut found from my bank about a judgment against my (NAME OF BANK) account. Bank sent me a copy of restraining notice against my cking acct. I was not aware. I haven not received any documents or letters from Credit Co. I don't know who they are or who they represent. I have responded in the past to all my notices (meaning any summons in the past). I was not properly served and would like to see documents supporting this claim.
