Slow Eddie
If you order your reports direct from the CRA do all 3 contain the estimated date of deletion based on the 7 year reporting period? A few of my old Experian reports have this, and one of my equifax does, but not Transunion. I'd like to get all three updated reports with deletion dates if I could. The current reports I have came from myfico.com. I know I can do the math and figure it out, but I like proof.Thanks.Eddie
Moriah4
MY TU had the dates but nither EQ or EX did so we must be battin a thousand... and if all 3 show the same date of first deliquincy you are in far better shape than I am. TU had removal date as 1/07 wrote and they removed it in March have written both of others with no results same account number etc. I am still shaking my head over this one. So I am anxious to hear any other input on this as well! ThanksMoriah4
Slow Eddie
Where did you get your Transunion report from that had the deletion dates? Both my experian and equifax that show removal dates came from www.annualcreditreport.com.What sucks for me is that not all of my accounts are showing a DOLA or last payment date. In a perfect world they would all be the same date on each report but we all know it doesn't work like that. My equifax has a DOLA for all of my accounts but some of the dates are later than my records. Accounts that I know I stopped paying in 2001 have DOLA's in 2003. But of course I have no proof of when I stopped paying it.Eddie
isislc
I went directly to the TU site for my disputes and it gives you reports with deletion dates.
