Time Frame for Arbitration Award

Hi All,

thanks for all the great info. My question is, good ole Wolpoff & Abramson sent an arbitration award letter to me back in 8/2004 with no account reference number on it. They never got that turned into a judgement. Is there a time frame they have to do that?

Also, was sent a letter recently from them saying notice of intent to sue. They didn't list creditor,only initials and balance. Letter was dated 7/23/07. I'm thinking I should at the very least DV on the latest letter from them. I live in Florida and this is all from debt where last activity was 12/03. Any help would be appreciated
