TC messed up... updated and got.. NOTHING

I guess I don't exist. i did my daily pull, and all i got was TU and EX scores (up BTW) but on EQ it shows no score with the reason being I don't have enough in my file. When I go to my reports, it's completely blank (all 3...) is this maybe a split file?

looks like I do have a eq report. I called them and they told me it was still there. to bad I blew my one free score power report.

I finally got a live person to answer the phone at EQ on Thursday and the obviously Indian lady greeted me with "My name is Jessica."

Right.

We understood very little of each others comments for the next 5 minutes. When she had enough of my questions about an account I was seeing on my report but she wasn't seeing on her screen, she thanked me for calling and hung up the phone.

Yea... CSC... although last I saw my EQ report, I lived at a non-csc address.

I don't know what kind of problem it is. I did a car loan pull today and it would seem they got a good report, and my Fico (with out auto enhanced) matched what my eq scorewatch alert said.

I think the problem might be a TC problem. Check out this screen shot.. As you can see, I am seeing NO reports from any of the companies. When I use the EX back door, my report is fine. I have disputes out so I can't get a fresh TU report.

Called TC when they opened this morning. They closed my account, said use gift cert we'll email in an hour. waited 3 hours. no gift cert, so I signed up again, paid my 13 bucks and got.. THE EXACT SAME THING!!! So, I call again. They say, wait 48-72 hours, or we'll close the account for good and refund your money. I hung up on him.

They are lucky they are in asia... To far to go to kick some a$$.. I asked for a supervisor, was told "no"

I called the 800 number provided here in a different thread. A nice women, who spoke clear english (from cali I think) helped me. While my problem is not fixed, she did say that there has been a out break of problems like mine since Friday. So uhh, it may happen to you.

I'm In The Same Boat. Truecredit Is Acting Up Displaying Nothing But Nonsense. Got A Number From Truecredit Which Was The "special Services" Department. Spoke To A Rep Who Said He Would Have To Escalate It To His Supervisor.... I'm Waiting. (called Yesterday)... The Rep Said They Haven't Had Any Calls Regarding This Issue, That My Call Was The First....

If Anyone Else Is Having This Problem. Please Keep In Touch And Let Me Know What's Goin On....
