asaldi
I'm still receiving letters from CA, so I've just sent the Cease & Desist letter due to SOL expiring. Should I send them the DV letter to see if I can get them off my credit reports? Thanks.

Is it a CC account, if so, are you going on the assumption that it's a written contract to determine the SOL?
asaldi
It is a credit card account, but I figured it was an open-ended account. I live in Texas and they are all 4 years, so I think I'm okay. As long as they don't use the credit card's state.
