TU completed investigation

a couple days ago I went to check the status of the investigation. it said that it was completed but there was no link to check the results. so i figured i would wait a day or two before checking again. today i went into my truecredit, 3 more collections were removed.. no difference in fako??? i went back into TU to check the results and it said my access has expired. they never even sent me an email saying it was completed. im confused.
