Experian locked me out of online disputes account

Experian won't even let me log into my disputes. I talked to somebody on the phone and they said they've locked me out for disputing "too many" items. I disputed 4 items with duplicate reporting and disputed some addresses before I mailed my cmrrr letters. In other words, I disputed 2 items that were reported twice thinking I could dispute through writing Not Mine on everything else they have that shouldn't be there.

The Experian minion said I'd have to dispute everything else by mail until they were done investigating the current online disputes...which is fine, as I was only there to check the progress and dispute one more old address. How can they lock me out of the disputes account? Can they do that?

I'm just getting started and I'm already fed-up with Experian.

Anyway, I mailed the not mine dispute letters today and we'll see how they all do. Wish me luck.

Neither did I.

I'm wondering if she gave me the wrong info and it has something to do with the log-in error. It doesn't seem right that they can lock out a consumer who may have an additional concern. It seems ridiculous.I didn't go nuts disputing everything, just the addresses and duplicates. Everything else I wanted to do through CMRRR.

Anyway, I'll let everybody know how it goes when I try again tomorrow.

It just seems ridiculous that you can't go back and dispute something else. I understand not allowing somebody to dispute an item already under investigation, but locking a person out completely through the investigation of a few accounts seems senseless. What if I wanted to remove an address I didn't remove previously or realized from reviewing my report that an account was currently being reported incorrectly? It just doesn't make sense.
