Rick9972
I have a Student loan that is current now and has been for over a year. But in the preceeding 36 months it has 8-60 day lates, & 13 - 90 day lates. Anything I can do about these? I very politely asked their customer rep if there was anything I coud do to fix those and she told me that once they report something they do not change it. (LOL be it right or wrong I am sure)Thanks
CleverCynic
Student loans are rigid. All other creditors choose to report, but must do it accurately if they choose to. School loans are REQUIRED to report and do so accurately without any flexibility. At least lates don't show as long as collections.
