Ok I am still a newbie so I need to know where to go with this. I have LVNV funding listing a debt as 1612 updated august 24th on my experian report but on TU they are reporting 1802 updated in july. Since this is an obvious error what is my first step???

I have DV'd them but they just signed for my CMRRR last week I havent even received the green card back but I used the tracker at the usps website to know when they signed for the letter.

How do I handle this???

I had enrolled in a credit repair service and they had all been verified through all 3 Bureaus before I knew about this site or what DV was all about. Experian sent me a letter saying they wont reinvestigate because they have already investigated and the info has come back verified.

I cancelled the credit repair service and decided I would give it a try my self.

EX is the worst about this. Now you have to present "new information" in order for them to consider another investigation. Stick around here long enough and you'll find your way around the "we've already investigated". :goodluck:
