EdwinRamos
I've noticed several threads here regarding DV's, some read as Validation, others as Verification. Is there a difference between the two? when addressing it to a CA ?Determine Validation ?Determine Verification ?Or does it mean the same.... willingtocope
The FDCPA refers to it as "debt validation", and someone came up with a second DV letter saying in part to the CA "...I requested debt validation, not verification that you have my name and address...". The point is, you are requesting validation under the FDCPA. Don't get too hung up on the words...
