fpeoplesfay
I have so many questions.1. If you do a DV and they send back a print out with no signature, no letter head, not stating who it comes from, etc. Is this a complete validation. This just a plain printout I could make on my pc. 2. With the DV process. Once you dispute with the CRA and send a letter to the OC. If the OC sends back validation via a copy of an invoice. Is the good validation? Is the next step debt settlement?3. If once CRA deletes and item how can you get the other two to do the same. I disputed these items the same way. Over the internet. Equifax deletes the others did not. What to do?4. If all three CRA reportings do not match someone is reporting it wrong. How to use this for your benefit? 5. How do remove charge offs? razr
1. At a minimum, the debt collector is required to confirm with the creditor the amount being claimed is correct and that the person from whom they are attempting to collect the debt is the person who owes it.2. With the DV process. Once you dispute with the CRA and send a letter to the OC. If the OC sends back validation via a copy of an invoice. Is the good validation? Is the next step debt settlement?Don't DV the OC. DV is for debt collectors. 3. If once CRA deletes and item how can you get the other two to do the same. I disputed these items the same way. Over the internet. Equifax deletes the others did not. What to do?They function independently of each other. It's not unusual to have all three CRs be different.4. If all three CRA reportings do not match someone is reporting it wrong. How to use this for your benefit? If the furnisher validates the info and it's different, then it couldn't possible be correct info. Violation of the FCRA.5. How do remove charge offs?Same as any other trade line. -r
fpeoplesfay
If the furnisher validates the info and it's different, then it couldn't possible be correct info. Violation of the FCRA.-rhow do know what the furnisher validates. for example, if EQ says the charged off is $468 and TU says $212. how do know what the furnisher is saying. Do I do a DV? Once I do obtain that info. and the find the CRA in violation then what? How do I resolve it or better yet get a deletion?
divemedic
The CRA only reports what they are given. If you dispute the TL, and the furnisher states that the TL is complete and accurate, but the information is in disagreement, then how can it be accurate? Obviously, it can't. Violation.
