Just ran into this article, what amazed me is the mention of calls being received by a debtor, and the answer the CA replied with, "The company responded to his complaint by writing that it attempted to call him "no more than four times a day" and that federal law only addresses actual contacts with a consumer and not attempts. entire article can be seen here :arrow:http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/328406_debt21.html
