ylice
I have disputed late payments with Experian and TransUnion. And they came back as "verified". I requested MOV from Experian with name, address and number of the information provider over a month ago and have not received this information yet.I requested an investigation from the Original Creditor and asked for the documentation they provided the CRA.I received a letter back saying they investigated and the information they provided the CRA is correct. But again, no proof or documents. Now what can I do?If the CRA does not provide the MOV, name, address and phone of the information provider, what can I do?What documents is the OC required to provide to me? Moriah4
I think if you read this very closely you may find the answers you are looking for.http://www.creditinfocenter.com/repair/MethodOfVerification.shtmlTechnically I don't think the OC is required to send you anything. But check the FCRA Welcome and Good LuckMoriah
