Poor Customers!!

while i'm in school, I work for a call center for a wireless provider. A lot of times, customers will call in and attempt to sign up for a new line of service but have a written off acct and I need to refer them to the collection agency's number.

I FEEL SO BAD! They're gonna call and get pushed around, i wanna tell them their options but, I can just give agency number and name and reference number :(

That's the very reason I don't have my own T-mobile phone.

I had an account a long time ago - settled and deleted from my CRs...but technically i still owe them 200 bucks. every time i try to get a new T-mo account, i get referred to their collections department.

I just love telling them that I won't pay them, and there's nothing they can do about it!
