whocares
They said they already validated it...Can a CA refuse to validate? It was untimely, amd EX deleted it when I disputed it...and they rereported it...I may need to try something else
debtonator
They always say "we validated it" ...Yes they can ignore an untimely VoD and most often do.I wonder if they would call the summons you send them Frivolous?Cheers

debtonator
Just keep your paper trail in order. You play nice they are at least one letter from a summons...even if that letter is a frivolous summons!Cheers
merkurfan
They don't have to validate after 30 days, HOWEVER is their TL marked "disputed by consumer" No? Violation!

whocares
They did tell me who the patient was, but nothing else...they just sent a letter saying my account # and my daughters name, no date of service or anything else, it did say this is an attempt to collect a debt. They never sent anything else...so I rewrote the validation letter, highlighted and bolded the date of service, the charges and who the original creditor wasThe CRA has marked it meets FCRA requirements. EX deleted it, the rest verified it...
