Credit One Bank - Complaints?

Recommended Posts

If anyone on the forums happens to be having an issue with Credit One Bank and is not receiving the kind of help and/or respect as a consumer as they should be via the toll-free line (877-825-3242)...

The President of Credit One Bank is Robert DeJong and you can reach the Office of the President by calling 1-888-362-0005. Or, if you would like to directly fax them documents or complaints, you can do so at 1-702-269-1096.

Just an FYI.

You're very welcome. :)

Oh, and in case anyone is wondering...If you receive really crappy service from them and are denied one of their cards for absolutely ludicrous reasons, send the Office of the President a fax. Two days later, a credit card will be magically approved and reported to the CRA's. LOL.

I sure was given the runaround...Told I was approved-then the next representative said I was declined. Then the next rep. said I needed to fax in Drivers license which-I did. Then I called and 2 weeks later they never received anyhting. Then I was told "I did it all wrong....I had to reapply and I should mail in the Drivers license copy"...then I called and asked for a manager-was hung up on twice after I said hello.....Very Dissapointed

I can't remember who they originally were, but they have a black list.

They sent me a pre approval, then when I applied, said, oh sorry, you use to have a CC with us when we were XXXX company (over 10 years ago?) and even though you paid, it was a settle for less payment and you cant have another account with us.
