I won, I won, I won AT&T

The worst customer service company in the world handed me a victory today, after calling, writing letters, disputing and nothing worked...

I turned to the BBB, they contacted AT&T and somebody finally listened to me...their billing was incorrect...I asked to have my phone turned off several times and they did not do it...so the only way to get it off was not paying them...

The lady who worked with me took over a week to investigate and called this morning, she said there was so much wrong with my account she was embarassed...she understands why I did not pay the last bill and she has found I overpaid by 21.00, they will be sending me a check...the mark will be removed from hubbys credit...

I am so happy...I could not get any cooperation...but the BBB worked
