Experian refusas to investigate...

Ok, I've been disputing the same accounts over and over with EX in hopes that they will finally get rid of them. These are all paid accounts, mind you. Well I did get a letter outlining that they will not investigate a dispute because it was previously investigated. It then showed the list of what they are not investigating. Now on a recent pull of my reports, I found that some of the items they aren't investigating have been deleted. Should I send a nasty letter demandin they investigate or wait till the 30 days and see what comes back? I'm thinking that if I send a nasty letter now, the one major baddie I've been trying to get rid of for 6 months will be put back. :(
