Question for the Forum: The JDB mind

Don't think your comment holds water. These JDB'ers seem to sell their arbitration-turned-default judgment awards immediately to another JDB'er. Could be wrong, but that's the position I'm getting from court sources. If the information is correct, these characters are living in a House of Straw.

Ah, yes, the infamous arbitration awards. Okay, I sit corrected. Since those are not worth the paper they're printed on, it wouldn't surprise me that the arb attorneys want to unload them on unsuspecting "you too can make a killing buying unpaid debts" suckers.

I also vaguely remember that one of the big arb attorneys decided to get out of the business...maybe they're selling off "assets".

I wish I could remember the web site...there's a JDB kind of eBay around somewhere where they offer each other "packages" of uncollected debts. Talk about opportunities for ID theft...

If you can recall this website for debt sales, please post. Reason: Doing research to help out some fellow brothers and sisters having troubles, along with their kids. Seeing some very strange and freaky actions by JDB’ers and OC’s: Acceleration of Loans, Universal Default, Rewriting of Payment Plans, and Usury. There are the obvious and mundane FRCA and FDCPA violations, in addition.

One item I find odd lurking on the Debt collectors forums and blogs is how little is related to arbitration results. I did see one comment which referred to Court litigation to confirm arbitration award as either a “slam dunk”, or very painful and expensive.

Awaiting further news from you all and many thanks for any aid you might send.
