Please promise you won't hate me....

You know the new business I am opening in my shop...it's a payday loan company...But I want to be able to report good loans to the credit bureau...most don't...

I know it's a debt trap...but I need the revenue the new tenant will pay me to be in my building...I sometimes have problems paying all the shop bills without dipping into my savings. They are paying me 500.00 a month rent.

This will help me get things leveled out in the shop, I have been in business 2 years and just bought my building last year, we are still renovating.

Please don't hate me...I just wanted to be honest.

I'm looking for feedback...positives and negatives

I had a few payday loans and they were fine...I agreed to the terms and paid them ontime...

I am a woman...I do thank everyone for the support my shop is my dream and I never want to lose it. I hope it give it to my youngest son when he is ready...I am teaching him robotics...I'm just a geek and can't help it.

My shop will not be available thru the internet. Everyone has to do face to face loans. I will be licensed and bonded. Thats why I was worried about the credit.

I have worked hard to get where I am. I'm proud I have a dream and it's working....

I thought she was but she can still be cleaning house in underwear and spikey heels with champaign. Now her husband in a tuxedo g-string carrying the champaign bottle with spikey heels would be cool too. :D

I'd be interested to see her carrying around a champaign bottle too!!!! Never seen one before. Now champagne............

Actually I'm surprised you'd be interested at all after exploring and gaining insight to the mind of the crafty debtor.

I used to build pc's and rent-to-own them. At first it was a computer business, then after a while it was essentially a collections business.

I probably wouldn't recommend this business to you with straight up cash, not even a commodity you can profit from, unless you had an entire vehicle behind you to collect and press consequences. It's not even a good idea to lend money to a friend!

The temporary down and out desperate loan needer is not a large population of patronizers to that business. Usually its a cycle of self-defeating behavior generally involving drugs. And when they get more money, it's not going to you. To hell with credit reports!

They will bring in a rep to deal with it. They do the collections too...all they really do is rent space in my open store. I have to be licensed and bonded too...I have to learn how to do it too, but they have a permanent employee I don't even have to pay.

I am not interested in crafty debtors...I an just getting some credit back now...I felt I had nothing to lose either.

I might ask him about that.....most of our hot action happens in the hot tub everynight, we have a dvd/tv and a nice stero in that room...and no kids...lots of bubbles at times....

I did get him to wear a glow in the dark rubber one time...he's more of an out in the moonlight on the tailgate type of guy...I know Lucky me...

Damn you're good! I could never get my hubby to lay out on a tailgate with only a glow in the dark rubber in the moonlight. You gotta get me some tips on that. Did you get many complaints from the neighbors? Normally 911 is the first thing people do when they see naked men in glowie rubbers running around in their yards. ;)

Well, you have my support! Ya know...I was considering starting a CA myself...just so I could continuously agree to pay for delete!!! GOSH, that'd be heaven to me. To be a decent company who REFUSED debts beyond a certain age, who agreed to delete....who actually HELPED, rather than hinder our clients.....ok, back to the real world, though. I am truly proud of you and hope this works for you. You have my best wishes.
