pclonghi
I worked out a deal to pay a bunch of old medical debts with the OC. They pulled all from the CA and I paid the OC in full. The CA deleted many of them but not all. They also did not pull any off my TU CR. Should I dispute again with the CRA's or should I send a nasty note to the CA. Its my understanding that since I paid the OC the CA no longer has the right to report debts to the CRA???
hiblues
Its my understanding that since I paid the OC the CA no longer has the right to report debts to the CRA???Nope.. that is wrong. It sometimes (rarely) happens but it not automatic. So the CA removed the TL's from your EX and EQ report? .. if yes TU may eventually do it..but it wouldn't hurt to dispute with TU.or should I send a nasty note to the CADon't write them yet.. try the Dispute and talking again to the OCthen talk nicely to the CA, they have already removed the TL's from EQ and EX why get nasty?you catch more flys with sugar than vinegar.
