DJK 10
With a 687 credit score you should already be able to get a good rate. It would depend on your debt to income
thorice 10
Yes this would be my first house.
bigjohnstud4200 171
are those fakos or ficos?
RudyG 10
DTI plays a big part and also your Income including spouse if she lives with you and will be on the title. But with those numbers if they are FICO not FAKO you should be fine.IMO:mrgreen:
mmoore78 10
You should be fine with those scores. Most of the negative items are old anyway. With a child support showing up on your credit report (usually it is "back child support" if it shows up on your credit and also why they might report it as a 120 day late), you will need to count the current payment in your debt to income if your children are still old enough to receive it. morrow 199
Your scores look good. Do you know what your DTI is? I notice you have a loan with Navy Fed. are you in the military? If so, going VA is always an option.
thorice 10
Bigjohnstud, these are my fico scores. I got them from the www.myfico.com website. I'm currently active duty and my income is $4400 a month and debt is 1050 a month. Also I just paid back child support off and can't wait to check credit report. Hopefully there is a big jump in my score.

Most of the time they can get it instantly. Or you can fill out a 26-1880 and send it in yourself, have it in a couple weeks.
