First Premier Bank/disputing charges

Recommended Posts

I am currently in the process of DV'ing all of the negatives on my report. I understand that you can't really follow the same process when disputing a credit card company like First Premier, since they are the OC, so here is my question:

If the agreement was entered into with only an electronic signature online, how valid would it be to ask them to provide me with the original signed paperwork that would prove me liable for the debt? Is that signature going to hold up as an agreement?

I got the card not realizing the huge fees that were to be charged, and am now so irritated that I just would rather make them drop all the charges altogether.

Any thoughts?
