Hey everyone! First let me say it is encouraging to know there are people like me out there.

Here's my question: I started off disputing all of my baddies to the actual creditor. I think I had 10 baddies...3 of them sent me letters saying they would request removal of the items. YAY!! The rest didn't respond.

Is it better to dispute with the Credit Bureaus or with the actual creditor? And if I dispute with the creditor, and they don't respond...do I then contact the credit Bureaus and have them remove it? Help!!

You should dispute with the CRA's first. Then if the account is verified, you DV the creditor.
