San Diego Ca

Just filed, about time. Now I need a car. I was refered to 722redemption.com they will finance you while youre in bk if you provide them with your case#.

The only thing is, there selection of cars they are all from 2003 to 2006 which will make my payments really really high. I dont want to get back into debt.

So anyone know of a simular program? or any inhouse dealerships in san diego?

Is your current vehicle unfit to drive or unrepairable ? Why go to a dealership at all ? You say you don't want to go back into debt, yet you're looking to get financed -- samo, samo -- more debt !

You can buy a decent used car w/o financing - IF you pay cash. If you can't do that, it just might be better to keep your current car running for another year or two until you get past that 2 year post-discharge mark when you're likely to get much better financing terms.

the Car I have right now I have to turn back in ( I have 30days to turn it in after I filed).

I have $1000.00 saved right now, but to get a decent used car that will cost me about 2500 to 3000. which would take me about another 3 to 4months to save. So I was just looking for a inhouse finance dealership that cud actually do that for me.

Go to a buy here pay here lot. Buy what you can afford. I have bought several cars from them some for less than a thousand dollars. They weren't beauties they were transportation. That was what I needed at the time.

Also look for an individual selling an older car that has been well cared for and just want to get more out of it than 50 bucks at the dealersip.

Agree with the above. The last thing that I would do so quickly out of BK is attempt to obtain auto financing. You're going to end up getting screwed (pardon my language) on your payment terms and, chances are, you're going to end up getting a really crappy car...While paying a ton of money on it.

If you can only afford $1,000 right now, do your best to find a reliable car within your budget. If you want to try to save up more, is it possible for you to use public transportation where you are at or possibly car pool?
