Donna47129
Hey there.I contacted the attorney from a judgement that I didn't know about because of a move.Whenever I found out I immediately paid the account. I asked the attorney about vacating because they know that I really didn't get the notice. They said that they filed a motion to dismiss after I paid it.But, that isn't like having it vacated...or is it in the CRA world? Thanks!
momof5
Same effect. Once the judge signs the order the judgment will go bye-bye. I would contact the court and see if the motion was filed and/or signed.
Donna47129
I was hoping that!!I'll make a trip to the court house...attorney promised it was filed. It's showing on my CR as a collection and a judgement. I care more about the judgement, of course.THANK YOU!
