TrueCredit: The Beginning of the End for me?

I tried pulling a fresh report today and received the following error message:

Credit Bureau(s) Not Responding

We are unable to obtain your credit report information.

I first thought the site was just down, but I am not sure. Maybe I can't get my report due to a FA? Am I being cancelled?

Am I just paranoid? 8-)

I got the same message, and said, Oh no, I am gone. I hit the try again a few times, went on to do some other stuff on the net, then went back to it and hit try again. Then it processed. They have us so paranoid. HeHeHe. Just try again.

Since it seems that y'all are still with TC, did any of you have the $11.21 price, get charged $14.95 one month and then the next have it go back to $11.21? DH did and the only reason I noticed it because I got peeved at the fact her got charged $14.95..I was going to cancel before the next payment (I forgot...we were visiting my parents in Canada) but when I checked the online bank statement, it had reverted back to $11.21.

Weird...but oh well...we're happy again...for now.

Yes, that's exactly what happened to me! I was charged $14.95 in Sept and then went back down to $11.21 in Oct. I was pissed about the higher charge, but then forgot to call about it & then the next month it was lower. So I guess we'll wait and see what they decide to charge for next month.:roll:

I received the same message, I called and was told that TrueCredit was doing upgrades to the system and should be available in 24-48 hours. That started yesterday. I also suggested that in the future that they should send out some type of email notification in the future.
