Capital One Credit Cards

I used to have a Capital One CC. I was late 90 because I did not get statements and was moving. Not a good excuse, but it happened.

Anyways, does anyone know if Capital One will accept a GWL or even consent to remove late pay?

Also, how long will a late pay seriously effects my FICO?

I doubt it, but it never hurts to ask.

It will affect your FICO strongly at first (assuming your credit is good to begin with), due to its being recent. The affect will be less and less over time.
