Hello everyone, I'm new but I've been reading. I'm very impressed with this

forum, and the links are great.

I've got a FICO midscore of 540. Not much debt, and no C.C. Good

mortgages, Some baddies( paid charge offs) from 03' and some flat out stupid

recent lates that are inexcuseable. DW put me on her cap1 as AU and when I

pulled her, she had 3 30s and a 60 (rolling) in 03'. This card has got plenty of

age but 60% utilization and the negs. Helpful or hurtful?

this q is posted in another thread w/ same topic

initial q: my mom was gonna add me to her secured card which has never been late, & shows a pos on her rpt's, BUT her card is for $1200 & she only has $600 available.

q now: will being added to her card show as a pos tl on my rpt although, never late, but only half of the card is available? does that make a difference in help'n me have a pos tl & will that build my fico?

never had a cc b4 so i'm curious on how this stuff works

I've had luck removing 30-day lates on an AU account. I dispute the lates with the AU's information, and I haven't had one verified yet. They've all been deleted, done this five times in the last two months. No problems at all. The lates still show up on the original account holder's report, but they're gone on the AU's report. Maybe I just got lucky.

Just to be sure, You paper dispute with Equifax and TU, Internet with Exp.

Are you saying " Im john smith and I've never been late on this account".

all at once or staggered? That sounds very promising. Thanks, hope you check back.
