The only person on this board in which I have complete confidence in recommended as a mortgage/loan officer is morrow. She is the only one allowed to post her website in her signature.

Hi, im a newbie , and a mortgage broker, I am truely sorry if I wasn't supposed to post. But I truely want to help people keep their homes. It saddens me to no end to see so many Americans losing "the american deram". I know of nothing else to do but to offer my help in any way possible. Please check it out and I will remove it or change it, whatever it takes to remain active on this site. Again I appologize.

What if you are direct to the money, for example I am a Private Equity Lender who works directly with Loan Officer and Mortgage Brokers. I fund there deals through my private investors. They come to me when Banks wont fund there deals.

If morrow were to do business with me and has complete confidence in our ability to fund deals could I offer our services to individuals on this site?

Well even in this economy, there are a lot of loans still available out there. Now the question is, where should one invest the money in. It could be business or real estate, I know this great Columbus real estate agent that really knows her stuff.

Where does you private investors recieve their funds to fund the deals?

I think the private investors make money from real estate business. The money earn from real estate business is used to invest in deals. Many a times I find there working suspicious! I don't know why but I only trust big names in terms of private investors.
