E-mailing CAs

Through some advice by one of CIC's resident gurus, I've found a great number of contacts within the CAs I'm looking to settle and/or dispute with.

What experiences do those well versed in the credit repair arts have with e-mailing CAs? For those gurus who frequent the boards, what do you think about the advisability of communicating via e-mail?

Some would say that email is still written evidence but for some reason I feel it's too new aged. I prefer good ole fashion letter writing that has an actual signature not a computerized one. I never dispute cra via email or internet. I think sometimes convenience may be not so convenient. Not sure there is much case law on the emailing topic either.

There seems to be too many hoops to jump through to be able to prove that the email is admissible in court. There is actually a post on this site somewhere that has an external link that shows what you have to be able to prove in order to admit emails as evidence in court.

It seems very complicated; you might as well just send letters CMRRR.

There are certain sites you can go to that can actually send a "certified fax" but I find that unnecessary.

The best idea that I've heard (which was from this forum) would be to send a letter via CMRRR, and then fax a copy of that letter (the letter that you just sent CMRRR) the same day you send the CMRRR in the mail. That way they will already have been thinking about your letter from the fax a few days before your certified mail arrives.

Also, if you ever have trouble getting someone to accept your certified mail, write "PAYMENT ENCLOSED" on it; it gets 'em every time.
