Election Results=Fiscal Restraint?

Washington had elections yesterday, and I suspect a few other states did as well.

Despite no income tax, Evergreen staters generally like to spend tax dollars on danged near anything. However, I'm reading at least some fiscal restraint into the early election results.

Both parts of Prop 1 failed in all 3 counties. I-960 appears it's gonna pass. 4204 seems to have failed. 8206 passed bigtime.
