Privacy Policy from CFNA??

Recommended Posts

Maybe someone could shed a light as to why I would receive a privacy policy from Credit First National Association (CFNA) when I haven't done anything to add to my credit reports in the last 4 years? Especially with this company, I have not applied for credit anywhere!

Plain as day though, in the mail I have "An Important Notice concerning the Privacy of your Financial Information" and it goes in to list what their privacy policy is.

There is no account information or any other personal information listed in this mailing besides the "generated from a list" printed address on the outside of it.

Does CFNA buy debts like a JDB? Does CFNA collect debts as a 3rd party?
