gypsie
I firmly believe now more than ever that Sallie Mae remains confused but this time I'm not complaining.....4 of 6 student loan TLs that were reporting as negative due to several lates are now positive as this morning, the lates are removed and my FICO score just went up.....good week so far! Jason
Good for you! Awesome!I disputed my lates (several of them) that were NOT late and nothing happened! I finally sent the credit bureaus proof that I paid ontime by sending my statements to them. This was this weekend that I sent the letters out. Before nothing happened, so I will see what the bureaus do.What did you do?
gypsie
What did you do?Well, I basically just made a fool of myself to them! LOL!Read my last thread on this topic here: http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?t=275409After learning all this. I replied to Sallie Mae's email they sent me- wanting me to provide them with proof that the TLs should come off....WEll.....at this point I knew that I had made a mistake, and the TLs were not to fall anytime soon- but thought what the heck- I'll call themSo, in my best and dumbest southern accent- I said "I'd been waiting 7 long years to see these TLs come off, and I thought they were re-aging, and I was so upset with them, and I just couldn't understand why they have not removed the TLs yet... blah, blah, blah....They said they would update my TLs as scheduled to the CRAs- they never really gave me any explanations as to how the removal process works- since it is NOT like regular debt... Lynn in this forum gave me a better answers to my questions than they did.Anyway, I really didn't think anything would change- and poof!- 4 of the 6 are now listed as positives!good luck with Sallie Mae
