Bodhi
After reading through the plethora of knowledge on here, I have come to the conclusion that I was treated to a gross violation of the FDCPA by a CA / Lawyer's Office and have the proof still in possesion. Incidentally I did settle and pay the debt as I was not aware of my rights at the time. For what it is worth, how long back can we press FDCPA and FCRA violations?
