Why not use USPS delivery confirmation with signature confirmation???

There is one huge difference between the 2. One they mail carrier scans the letter b4 they put in the mail box. With cerified they have to sign in order to get the letter. I guess if you want to be technical and play their game - delivery confirmation confirms that you mailed to there last known address but in some states that is not legally sufficient to definatively say they got it!

So with dealing with scum certified letters give the debtor the upper hand when negotiating. IMO!

uhm, with delivery confirmation with signature confirmation they still have to sign for it.. I really dont see the diffrence
