WickeDay
I think I picked out my new appliances. A 3-piece set of Frigidaire that consists of a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.Just wondering if anyone has their appliances and if they've been happy? Thanks! Amerikaner83
Frigidaire stuff is nice...my apt has new (2006) black GE dishwasher, range, spacesaver microwave, and refrigerator. My parents bought a frigidaire fridge / freezer a year ago, with the icemaker in the door - and they love it. wdspeedbump
dw and i bought a new dishwasher, stove, and reefer from fridgidaire about 5 years ago..all 3 had maintenance problems, not to mention the service establishment sucked. i will never own a fridgidaire appliance again.in our new house we went all whirlpool. no problems so far. i've never had problems in the past with whirlpool or ge (who maintains their own service corps). merkurfan
I have a grandmother in law that has fridgidaire appliances in their home. They are 45-50 years old. still work fine I think Fridgidaire is still a General Motors company. I still giggle when I see the GM symble on the door. I always joke and say "now we know where grandpas old cadilac went (IE recycled in to the metal for the fridge)
wdspeedbump
i agree. 45-50 years ago, fridgidaire was a good company. not anymore.
WickeDay
I am getting them from PC Richard & Son. They are having an employee pricing sale. But, it is still so expensive! The extended warrantes/delivery/installation is almost as much as the appliances themselves! I am so confused!
